Registering for one of our stays implies acceptance of our conditions of sale.
When booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay.
Upon receipt of the deposit “The Pas de la Bacquère” will send you a booking confirmation. The reservation is nominative and personal and cannot under any circumstances be the subject of a transfer or subletting.
In the cottages and on the Pas de la Bacquère estate, animals are accepted. They must remain under the constant supervision of their owner. Any damage linked to a lack of supervision of the animals will be invoiced.
Any modification of file or reservation must be notified in writing.
For any rental with reservation: The balance must be paid on the day of arrival.
In all cases, tourist taxes and options, which have not been the subject of a reservation, must be paid on site, on the day of arrival.
Any change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay, will result in a corresponding change in the price including tax.
No brochure or website is safe from possible “mistakes”, omissions, or errors, please have prices confirmed when booking. Only the prices mentioned on your invoice are contractual.
Caution
The deposit of €300.00 for accommodation in gites which will be collected on the day of your arrival, will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory, less the costs corresponding to any damage.
In the event of a problem in the rented accommodation, you must make a complaint on site, within 24 hours (in particular regarding the inventory, condition, cleanliness. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account, and you will be required responsible upon departure for any damage.
The owner will provide the accommodation in accordance with the description he has given and will keep it in serviceable condition. The client must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises and the internal regulations.
Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to return the rental without damage as he found it upon arrival. All repairs, regardless of their importance, made necessary by the tenant's negligence during the rental will be their responsibility.
Subletting is prohibited, even free of charge, under penalty of termination of the contract.
We cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events, force majeure, climatic events, legal decisions, which disrupt, interrupt, or prevent stays.
Any complaint concerning a stay must be sent to us by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, within 10 days after the end date of the stay. We will process your complaint within 60 days of receiving your letter.
Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Departures are between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
For late arrival and/or early departure, you must notify reception.
Any cancellation must IMPERATIVELY be notified in writing to Domaine du Pas de la Bacquère before midnight on the planned arrival day.
Cancellations notified 7 days before the day of arrival allow a total refund of the rental.
Cancellations notified less than 7 days before arrival will result in a partial refund. The 30% deposit will be retained.
In the event of postponed arrival or early departure, whatever the cause, the tenant will be required to pay the full amount due, and no refund will be granted.

All complaints relating to the stay must be made on site to the manager to enable an immediate solution to be found. In the absence of a complaint, the stay will, by express agreement, be considered to have taken place in satisfactory conditions.
All judicial or extra-judicial requests arising from contracts for the sale of stays will be time-barred at the expiration of a period of two months from the end date of the stay. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the place of stay.

No installation (tent, vehicle or additional person) is accepted on the domain, without prior agreement of the domain manager.
For security and insurance reasons, the number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity provided for by the type of accommodation. Otherwise, the domainof the Pas de la Bacquère, reserves the right to refuse access to rental.
Throughout the area, children are in all cases under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.
The customer must ensure that he has a resort extension as part of his home contract. If this is not the case, the tenant is required to take the necessary steps to take out this guarantee.
The tenant must also take out insurance for any damage that he or she may cause to the accommodation and to the entire property, whether by himself or by those accompanying him. Customers must provide proof of their insurance at the first request.
